The company was founded in 2011, located in Athens. Our purpose is to make the Greek inshell pistachios, a well-known product across the world. Within the next two years from our starting point, we have successfully created a line of collaborations culminating in the exclusive partnership with a modern processing and packaging center, giving us a huge development perspective at an international level.

Meet the value of our products

At FRESHERA S.A. our purpose is to highlight and introduce the Greek inshell pistachio, as well as the Greek almond across the world.

Pistachios are thought to be one of the best quality and tastiest nuts. They are of great nutritional value, rich in biotin, proteins and mineral salts. They are eaten roasted, with or without salt as well as fresh or unsalted. They are also used in confectionery.
Harvesting is done with modern methods, with special electric vibrators that shake the fruits from the trees. The pistachios are then collected, peeled from the outer shell, washed with water and dried either traditionally in the sun or in dryers. Then sorting takes place - separating the pistachios into open and closed. Finally, the production of pistachios (usually from the closed ones) is done with special machines - crushers.
The almond is the fruit of the almond tree. The exocarp is grey-green in color and is furry. Inside thee is the core, a woody bark and inside of it one or two seeds which are also the ones used for food or processing.
